Yoga is popularly associated with exercises, relaxation and body care. But in practice it is often linked to its origins in the Hindu religion. It offers a better life without worrying about giving up SIN or endeavour to live according to Christian morality.

The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit “yug” which means “unite”; It literally means “Union with divinity”.
